Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

WFH and having a less stressful role is more valuable to me personally than a 15% raise. Ask yourself if the pay increase more important to you then the flexibility of WFH
It would really depend. If you feel like the increase is not that significant then you can continue wfh. But if you can manage to negotiate for higher pay then that would be great.
Counter with whatever you think 2 days in office plus more hrs is worth to you. Probably more than 15%
Are you me? Lol
See if you can get the pay any higher. If they're expecting you to leave behind your current role, then I think it should be a little more worth it for you.
Depends what your base is .
If your base is 50k, then adding 15k is pretty significant percentage wise. I'm hoping that's not the case . If you're 100k and over , the 15k is not worth the stress of commuting to office , gas money , eating out etc. If you wait it out a bit more , you'll probably find someone offering that higher pay for wfh.
Counter for what would make it more appealing. Unless you hate the current, which it doesn’t sound like.
Going from WFH to being in office any amount of time AND more work would require more money.
Unless you are one of the people who don’t mind going into office then I wouldn’t go back after get a WFH.
I would ask for more. Decide what the number is that would make you open to going in 2x per week and then go for it. You have all the power here because they want you back.
I would counter but I know at my company they require leadership to go In 2-3 days a week now. I’m also trying to decide whether to go for a higher paying job 2 days in office vs staying at home 5 days so I’m in the same boat!
