Director level folks in Corporate and Commercial space, what are your salaries?

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Wondering if I’m making the right choice

Anyone here ever pull a complete 180 career change? I’m realizing I’m not very interested in exits my current position and my degree doesn’t provide too much direction either. I’m only one year out, so I feel like if there’s ever a time it’s now! Hoping to hear some success stories that inspire me to take the jump 🤗

I'm looking to get in to pharma sales and have a sales background but in medical device. Has anyone made this switch? Would you be willing to offer any advice?

I have 1 year of experience in account management/customer service for a Biotech company, a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Neuroscience with research experience, plus the organizational and communication skills needed to succeed as a sales rep.

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job
