I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.
Any guidance or fist hand experience sharing is highly appreciated.

Hello! Anyone work at GE Healthcare?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Depends... if it's for normal employer, no; if it's for one more selective than Harvard, then it might go all the way to Pre-K.
Don’t lie about your gpa
Don’t sweat it
No they do not. They’ll make sure you graduated and have the degrees you claim to have. Will HR ask for transcripts after extending a job offer? Maybe, maybe not. But the HireRights of the world are not verifying GPAs, no. Nor are they verifying bullet points of your job, just the dates of employment; etc.
Is this your first job out of college then maybe.....if not, I find it insane that they would. I just put 4.0....it was really like 3.8 or something like that.....no one has ever said shit....I’ve worked for 2 of the big 4.....FAANG and others
No I have 10 years of experience. Just the first time I applied to a job that had the GPA as a requirement in the application. Normally it's optional.
My friend dropped out of college after his first semester. His resume says he got a degree from a far better school. He’s been working for 10+ years, not as a consultant, and to my knowledge has never had a problem.
I think you’ll be fine.
P1 just read up on him. Amazing that he can get to ceo level while faking his credentials. What's even more amazing is that another company made him ceo after that.
Accenture asked me for my transcript after doing the background check.
Do they always ask for transcripts after background checks?
No but transcript requests do
Don’t lie
🤔
They absolutely see your gpa. Your background check includes your academic records.
They do not. They can see your GPA is you give them permission to view your transcript (which I believe you have to personally send over). A standard background check verifies if you graduated from X university with X degree from X amount of time.
I would hope no one cares that far out of school. it is one thing 1 to 5 years but 5 to 10 I would just check for a degree
I was thinking the same but the fact that it was a mandatory I input with a * got me worried.
