Do Big4 employees need to sell their existing stocks after joining Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG?

I heard there are strict compliance rules regarding equity investments. Does this apply to all employees or mainly audit teams?
Can consulting employees still invest in stocks or mutual funds?
