Not sure if it's changed at all, but from what I understand, CVS has always been notoriously bad about fairly compensating their employees. Based on the comments above, I'm guessing this is still the case.
Not when you factor in inflation
Like 1-3%
I was told it depends on your level.. does that mean how important I am? Like, my CVS should have at least 4 techs at one time but due to national shortage.. we have 2. Seems were pretty important because if we both left .. well, no techs, no scripts getting filled.
it’s laughable really
I worked at CVS about 5 years ago and I still have ex co workers that I hang out with that work there and there is an annual pay increase
My daughter as worked for CVS for 5 years and rates of pay vary widely across stores in terms of starting rates and increases. "Merit" raises she's come to experience fall in the standard 1 2 or 3% and really relate to the overall budget allotment the mgr has been given (in other words the manager divvy ups the limited pieces of a relatively small pie at their discretion so don't expect a lot). Benefits are all tied to hours you've worked and they pull all hours (and benefits) from folks based on their desire and profit. So beware of the song and dance they sell ya on cuz she has been frustrated and felt like they always have excuses they use to pay u less or restrict benefits
Wage war between major retail pharmacies.. she can pretty much demand her wage.. I bumped up my hourly by $3.50/hr. Also, watch for places that offer big sign on bonuses.. (UHC $3000).Once she has CPhT and experience.. she's valuable.
Yes you receive an annual merit raise
This year I got a 4% raise which broken down to an hourly rate it was $1.25 increase. I’m assuming you’re in retail?
From what I remember its about 10% over 3 years? Might be an outdated policy though so don't quote me on that
Yes
For corporate colleagues; 1-2%/year
