Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

I am into Java Fullstack, yoe-4, location -Pune recently cleared online test and given interview and later get to know it's EY India not GDS. Now m worried should I join or not. My post is for a lot of folks here who complain about managers not budging to negotiations and not offering package ,what you are expecting.I have one thing to say,there are lot of ibm employees who moved to kyndryl. Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary.Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. So pls do not look at kyndryl as any other startup.Thanks.
