Do internal recruiting - talent acq people get incentives for roles they fill? What is a typical comp plan for them?

I have a total of 5.5 Yoe and 3 yoe as Senior data analyst. Currently the CTC is 16.5 LPA. How much. I am thinking for seeking a hike to get around 19.5 LPA atleast. Is it feasible? Pls guide!!

I work with a lot of retirees and would love to return in my latter professional years. I have my Bachelors in Applied Coastal Environmental Science and want to expand my options. Anyone have a recommendation for a good headhunter? I am currently a 2nd year associate (many years paralegaling before that) at a mid-sized firm in NY and am looking for a change.

Also, any cons of working with a headhunter?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?
