LinkedIn is definitely the most common platform recruiters use, but referrals and niche job boards can be just as effective depending on the role.
Depending on the type of jobs. Higher salary jobs tends to focus more on Linkedin
Eng 1, I meant the white collar corporate jobs. While the retail jobs are on Indeed

LinkedIn is still the most active and visible platform, but I’ve seen more traction recently on niche communities (like Slack groups or industry-specific forums). For some roles, platforms like Hired or Wellfound can yield stronger matches. Depends on the industry and level of role.
Linkedin is still the best place for it IMO. Candidates are active on there and pretty much everyone has a linkedin account.
