Do sales quotas even make sense anymore, or are companies just guessing? My company just raised our annual quota by 40%, but nothing about our product, territory, or market has changed. It feels like leadership just picked a random number and said “figure it out.” If you’ve ever been in a job with insane quota expectations, did you stick it out or start looking for something more realistic?

How am I working out a part time employees holiday entitlement? The employee works 16 hours a week over 2 days.
