Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.
is the rental market getting better?

I don’t respond to emails that I’m just cc’d on and don’t require a response, but I have a personal policy of responding to every email addressed to me before I close my laptop for the day - even if it’s just to confirm receipt and let them know I will provide a more thorough response tomorrow/this week/whatever.
I adore that! Not only is it nice to have an empty inbox, but such good communication and client skills
I receive anywhere from 30-50 a day, sometimes more with spam. I try to clear them every day, 3 checks: morning, noon and afternoon. I try to clear them every day, 3 checks: morning, noon and afternoon.
I only leave it if it's something that requires more reflection than usual, try to think about it for a day, or if it's not urgent.
I like the idea of three checks a day. Feels much more manageable than keeping an eye on my inbox all day
Not if they don't need a response. A lot of times I will react to the email by giving it a thumbs up so my boss knows I saw and read it. But I don't always respond.
No, now way do I answer all my emails. Even among the ones that are not just promotional, press releases and such, most of them are informational and don't require a response. In fact, if I started responding to them people would think I'd lost my mind. I only answer the ones where they require an answer.
Also true! I send so many emails not expecting an answer (updates to a client, etc)
client emails? yes. Half my internal emails are just being CCd for visibility. But there have been times I've ignored an internal email and figured I'd just wait for follow up from them if it was deemed important enough they came back to it.
