Not loyal to any, just follow everyone that gets me the answer I need for my model and build my formula library for future reference

I’m not a fan of most YT excel content. Usually the thing I need ends up being about 3-5 seconds out of a 15 minute video. I’m much happier finding a written guide that I can easily skip through to find what I need.

That being said, I am a fan of some of the short-form excel tips videos that can be found on TikTok, instagram, etc. Much easier to discover new tricks that way, but I still wouldn’t seek them out for instruction on a specific topic.

I follow "excelisfun". Hundreds of videos on everything Excel related and very detailed but not boring. Provides free templates of the examples used in the videos. Highly recommend

Excell Dictionary on LinkedIn has some great content and is short and to the point, learned some great stuff.

Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
