Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.
Pre-tax 401(k) or after-tax...thoughts?

I no longer work with the preschool programs (we have many). We have center programs for our severe ASD kids-this is the program I worked in, a small center-based program for our Speech/Language kids that are not ASD, Mochi, GSRP, and a regular gen ed preschool. We used to house Heat Start, but we longer service that program (worked in this program too). If a student does not come to us with a severe impairment, and they are in the gen ed preschool (which could be their first experience with school or first introduction of a specialist outside of their teacher. This can include students in GSRP too. What typically happens when parents request an evaluation to the team. A REED is signed, but the team decides extra gen ed interventions are warranted and determine they are not going to evaluate yet bc by law we have to have gen ed interventions. When the team comes back with the additional intervention data, many (way more than ever they go to an evaluation and given an IEP. I know our center-based classes do not have a ton of students in them, maybe 5-7, never over that and they typically have at least 2 paraeducators in the room with the teacher. I have no idea how many students with previous IEPs a gen ed based program in our district has. I know our kindergarten classes have their fair share of kids with an IEP.
Services like- OT, Speech/Language/social work/psych/vision/hearing? All students in our district have access to all of these specialists. I'm sure I'm missing a disciple but that about does it.
Our preschool program is integrated. We are supposed to have one more “typical peer” than sped student and class sizes are supposed to be capped at 15. However, we can’t turn away any child who qualifies for special ed as they age out of early intervention and have to join our program- so we are often out of compliance with class size and ratio of sped to “typical” children by the end of the year.
