After completing my course from Google i started applying for data analyst job but I'm not getting any positive response as such. Everyone needs relevant experience which i couldn't provide since I'm quite new to this field. Interviewing for a product designer IC job at Meta, I was told by the recruiters that final panel would be 2 ICs and 1 manager. My schedule has 3 managers, no ICs and no other functions. I asked - told it was just due to scheduling constraints. I think managers just naturally have more experience and more stringent standards (generally). Is this worth asking to set up the more standard panel for me even if it takes longer to schedule? Or is this a non-issue? Just want an equitable experience

I have just started my journey in Salesforce and I have started working on Salesforce Vlocity. Order management to be specific. I wanted to know what are the opportunities and what kind of job market is there in Salesforce/Vlocity.

Also is it good for learning to start off with Vlocity/Order Management right off cause it is a bit confusing for me.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job.
