For me, I keep applying. Yeah, I take the holidays off, but I figure it's worth continuing to look so that my résumé is in their inbox when they are ready to start hiring for the new year.

That makes total sense. It’s smart to stay on their radar before hiring picks back up in January.
I back off. Nothing moving anyways and it’s nice to either reconnect or disconnect as necessary.
Unless I’m broke and surviving on ramen and bologna sandwiches. Then it’s grind on.

That’s how I feel too. If nothing’s moving, it’s nice to just step back for a bit. But yeah, when you’re in ramen-and-bologna mode, the grind definitely kicks back in fast 😅
I have been still applying. I try to give myself a little break but I need a job before the New Year. I am really struggling to find something.

Searching during the holidays can feel extra stressful. It’s good that you’re still putting yourself out there, and I really hope something comes through for you soon!
