32, it’s the greatest for me — I’m autistic and always really struggled with focus while working in an office.
32, I love it. Money saved on commute, time back with flexibility to run errands/ start dinner during downtime. No office small talk and distractions
Yes!! I’m more productive bc no distractions, no walking to/from meetings, no small talk. I will say being in office earlier in my career (33F now) really helped with executive visibility and networking and getting shit done (I would corner people and force them to pay attention to me lol). Now that I’m more established it’s less of an issue, but if I were just starting my career I’d be frustrated.
I don’t multitask too much - I seriously grind for the 8-10 hours I’m logged in. But do love being able to log in late/log off early the occasional day I wanna fuck off
32, at first I was struggling with the social aspect however once I built a routine that involves either taking a daily walk, running errands, getting a work out in or meeting friends for lunch, I have learnt to love it !
33. Love it but I just started at a new organization and everything feels a bit scattered to me right now. I'm sure it will get better with time✌️
34, I mostly do, though I miss some of the face to face interaction and getting to know people since I'm about a year at my company (impromptu happy hours), and still trying to find balance of multitasking and taking breaks/walks. The flexibility is hard to beat though.
30, and I love it because I get to see my 14 month old throughout out the day and get hugs anytime I want :) Can't imagine missing his milestones
I do and I don't. I am 40 and I like being in the office and seeing my coworkers. I would prefer hyrid.
