Do you prefer to listen to music, podcasts, audiobooks, or nothing at all while working out? I made the switch to audiobooks a few times a week for lighter workouts and I’m finishing more books than I have since high school.

What audiobooks do you recommend?

I'm a music type of person. I used to do some podcasts until that one time I left so hard at when I was listening to I tripped while on the treadmill and almost fell off.

I have done audiobooks but listening to music really gets me in the zone and makes me happier!

I started a new role 3 months ago and I don’t feel like I’m being set up to succeed. There was basically no onboarding. I have no clue who to go to for anything. Anyone else extreme ? Love the fit life and sometimes will do 2 a days and be ok with eating one meal, but other times will spend the day barely moving and eating on my sofa. Can’t escape fatty life

What do you do to automate you lifestyle/remove decision fatigue to reach your health and fitness goals? For example: I meal prep so I know calories and macros of all my meals without having to count each time M-F (unless going out with friends/SO) and I run first thing in the morning the same 4 days every week. I’ve found that making healthy habits a part of my lifestyle and routines makes them easier to stick to and would love any additional ideas!

I think I need to give up on finding a natural deodorant that actually works.

I’ve tried Native, Dove 0%, Kopari, Toms, Crystal, Secret Aluminum Free. Curie gave me a horrible reaction because of my sensitivity to baking soda.

Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking). How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I’m early 20s, healthy with no injuries but generally have issues with stuff like jump lunges. The knee feels fine while just standing, it’s when it’s locked out with weight on it that it hurts.

Has this happened to anyone else? I used to eat a lot of unhealthy, processed foods a few months ago. I transformed my ways and have eaten quite healthy since. Today I ate some cookies and chips after a long time, and I feel like shit. Stomach upset, heavy chest and just really lethargic. Wavering between tired and happy. Finally getting my stamina back post covid. I've walked 10 miles in the past week. Pre covid I was walking between 2 and 4 miles a day. But I can tell I'm still not 100 percent. I'm so tired in the evenings. Hopefully that will fade the next couple of weeks.
