Absolutely. As somebody who has chronic health issues, my healthcare is really important. I left my last job because every year, they kept chipping away at what they covered. I would take a lower salary just to have my healthcare covered, because health insurance costs can run into the tens of thousands per year if you aren't properly covered.

I wouldn't say that. Everything you've mentioned should factor into deciding whether to accept an offer or not. If you don't include those perks in your comp evaluation, you're missing a huge piece of the puzzle.
