Do you think customers value quality or reliability more?

I value quality more than reliability. I think quality makes the product, in the end, more reliable.

It really depends on the customer. Personally, I value reliability much more than quality. Quality is important, but if something fails unexpectedly, it can be incredibly inconvenient and costly. I feel like reliability is the most important factor when it comes to customer satisfaction, as customers want to know that they can trust the product they are investing in.

It really depends on the customer and what their needs are. Some people may value quality more and be willing to invest more in a product that will last longer. Ultimately, it really comes down to what the customer values and what their individual needs are.
