Do you think having a big-name tied to a project as a producer (executive or not!) is helping projects or not?
I'm seeing it all over the advertising for some movies which I think could set a false idea to an audience on what to expect from it.

I currently work as a optician, referral coordinator and optometry technician. Busting my butt off wearing all 3 hats and I get paid $20 an hour… I don’t think this is a fare wage considering I’m doing the job of 3 people. I want to negotiate a higher wage any tips of what I should ask for?

I’m struggling to find a full time job right now. I have 16 months of internship experience at a Big4, a 4 month internship at a well known bank and a 12 month internship at a boutique consulting firm.
