I was Green card holder when I applied for my Spouse I-130 (my daughter 1 year old born overseas was considered as immediate relatives). My spouse I-130 was approved right after I became US citizens. I can’t help but feel stuck in my career. I’m a licensed attorney in another country, but been working as a law clerk in a firm for about a year now. I was hoping to take the NY bar in February but the foreign law graduate restrictions won’t allow. Now, I have to wait till July!
