Anyone know the base salary/expected commission? - It requires you to answer on the application. I would be so thrilled to work at the company I just want to put what they start out at.

For work I would recommend Beyer-Dynamics over the ear headphones. They sound and feel great and never hurt my ears.
Call me a fanboy, but the AirPods are pretty great. Had much more expensive over the ears before these which haven't been used in months.
I go by brand, then price. Sony and Skullcandy have not let me down. Beats has.
I tried investing in "quality headphones" but they all fucking broke way too soon. I'm all about Skull Candy earbuds, they are literally $10 and have better sound quality than a lot of the big guns. Solid thick (but not muddy) bass, and they're noise canceling.
Another thing to consider with over the ear is it acts as natural noise cancelation.
B&O H8 is 🔥
Not Bose. They produce pretty good sound, but their build quality is shite.
I used to have some Grado Labs SR60s. Those were pretty nice, but they were "open," which meant everyone could hear what you were hearing. Not ideal for the open-office plans of today. They were also pretty expensive and someone stole them when I left them on my desk.
The solution? Get something decent that sounds OK and can collapse somewhat for use on the road.
My current headphones are Urbanears Plattan 2s. It's an on-ear design, meaning they don't completely cover your ears. They sound pretty good and they were only $49. They also have a removable audio cord, which can be plugged into either ear piece. They're not the best, but they're comfortable and they do the job.
