They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. International worker authorization question: Does BCG accept pending i485 combo EAD card? Pending Green Card based on marriage. Valid for 2 years. My lawyer said i765 + i151 combo card doesn’t need sponsorship and I can work for anyone. Got an offer, now at background check stage. HR seems confused about what is pending i485 EAD and said she needs to check with legal/mobility team. Just want to know if BCG is okay with it. Thank you! Boston Consulting Group

A large folding knife in my car at all times… in the door storage slot ready with easy access. Also when I travel by train. But obvi can’t by air.
When my oldest was about 5 idk what she did but she got caught in the seatbelt while slumped over napping. It went into boa constrictor / accident mode and would not loosen or unclip. It was compressing her chest and kept getting tighter with every wiggle. I had to emergency drive to a fire station and on the way I spotted a cop. I told the cop what was happening and he pulled out a knife and cut it off her. Ever since then I always carry a knife, towel, EpiPens and blanket in my car.
That’s a crazy story
Only when I was 13 at Boy Scout camp.

Got out of the habit when I was traveling every week, but a man should generally carry a knife and a source of flame whenever possible.

I used to carry one in my purse before I started traveling every week. I lost too many beautiful knives at the airport and stopped carrying it.
Pocket knife, torniquet & lighter at least. It is not about being old but about being able to be and do good. It is a shame to see suck lack of manliness on some kids nowadays.
