Does anyone feel sandwiched between unrealistic expectations from leadership on what AI is capable of and the day-to-day realities? I get AI can put together somewhat decent output in a short time frame but that doesn’t mean we can turn around deals on ever more compressed timelines. Meanwhile junior staff are focused on AI prompting instead learning what we do / developing. As a SM / D it feels miserable reviewing / correcting AI output while being told we need to do more with less.

I do not prospect. I open accounts while slamming a revolving door.

My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player.
