Vitamin b12 does great things for my energy when I go off caffeine. Apparently it is most effective via injection, but my insurance doesn't cover it routinely so I do the dissolvable ones that go under your tongue.

Add theanine to the caffeine. Also, get your ferritin and b12 levels checked, as deficiencies in either can tank your energy levels.

You need sleep and try NAD+ injections. It helps with focus and mental clarity but works extremely well with adequate sleep.
