As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

You can look into contract positions they might hire without experience. Also if you had rotations/APPE in hospitals put that in your resume. If it’s been more then 3 years you can take BCPS exam. If you know anyone in an hospital that’s the best way since they will always take a referral at least for an interview. You can also volunteer at a hospital. Even if your not in the pharmacy you can have access to talking to them and seeing how they work and wanting to interview with the director
I emailed my preceptors but I didn’t get a response back from them. I’m not sure if they just didn’t want to respond or the job is no longer available even though it’s listed on their website or what’s going on. I see my applications are still under manager review
I would suggest focusing on soft skills (communication with providers/coworkers, time management, able to triage situations, etc). Those are the things I look for in resumes. I rather have a pharmacist on my team who knows how to talk and triage situations and I have them teach them the operational/clinical stuff vs someone who completed a PGY2 and is an asshole to the whole team.
What would be the best to put that in a résumé? I also have two or three that I can put down as references that will say that I have communication skills
What credentials do you have? It's all about personality and fit and that will indicate how successful you can be
I think that's pretty good overall, although some of these things may be harder to convey in a resume than others. I'd look for ways to include that in cover letters and other parts of the application - or maybe add some bullets about building rapport and trust with customers. You could also post your resume on here
Many hospitals use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to screen resumes before they're reviewed by a human. To ensure your resume gets past the ATS, use keywords from the job description in your resume.
Many corporations use a software program to scan resume and cover letter. Linked In had information about format, print style and content. Even suggestions on what print size and style.
