Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

If you’re getting zero interviews even with referrals, I’d honestly look at the resume before anything else. A lot of tech/entertainment apps get filtered way before a human sees them, especially if the wording is a little too generic or the formatting gets weird in ATS.
I had a phase where I was sending out stuff that looked fine to me, but it was basically invisible to recruiters because the keywords didn’t line up with the actual job posts. What helped me was comparing each version against the exact posting instead of just polishing it in isolation.
If you want, I can look at the scrubbed version and tell you the 2-3 things that would make the biggest difference, because “no interviews with referrals” usually means something tiny is getting lost in the first scan, not that you’re totally off. I’ve been using ResumeJudge for that kind of quick ATS sanity check, and it’s been better than guessing versus just comparing with Resume Worded or Jobscan.
