How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.

I’ve always seen/heard good things about working there. The founder has a solid image from what I’ve seen (Tal) and they appear to care a lot about WLB.
That obviously comes with a cost and the fact they focus on non profit so you’ll probably be getting paid below market for similar roles.
Thanks for sharing! I forgot to mention that you are locked in a contract for two years at $55k (will need to pay high penalty to get out of it). The contract is what makes me nervous more than the pay, but I’m glad to at least hear they have good WLB.
Yes I believe so. I haven’t personally seen the contract but I heard it’s a hefty amount. Thanks for the feedback!
While the pay is low, I’ve had nothing but good interactions with the CFG leadership. I imagine it’s an awesome place to start.

I’ve always heard good things. I’d expect below market pay but above average work life balance.
I’ll add something as a Goodie… the pay across levels is aligned with the ecosystem. We are a for profit the works with nonprofits, you will get similar benefits to other SIs with the added bonus of doing good in the word.
Talent for Good is an apprenticeship program that we started last year and it includes 3 months of training on salesforce and a two year mentorship.

There is such a dearth of talent that the same program in 1 year makes infinitely more sense.
