Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

hey folks, I am going to join Oracle ossi in Hyderabad location. I have never been to Hyderabad, and will be relocating. Please guide on what would be good areas to look for rent. Also, what would be rent like for 2/3 bhk. Ideally my budget for rent would be <25k. Initially I will be going but in future my family will join me once I am settled. Any points to note or any other gotcha to keep in mind ? Please suggest.

Good luck lol I’ve wondered this too. Following!
It’s a challenge. Firmness is key, as well as making sure the dog is comfortable. My dog fought me on it for months, but when we moved his crate from the bedroom to the living room while he was on crate rest for an injury, he went in as peaceful as a lamb. Some dogs want to be with the pack, or maybe there is a draft or it’s too hot or cold in the spot that the humans picked.
You can also get help from a credentialed force-free trainer (stick to ones that are actually educated and have proof) to observe your dog and you and provide custom advice.
Why are you making the change?
I don’t understand how keeping him in a crate in the house at night would keep him from escaping the backyard during the day…a common misconception people have is that dogs think and reason the way humans do. I don’t think generally being “more firm” in one area will help him be more “obedient” in others.
I’d work on recall training and securing your backyard (or not leaving him unattended). Highly recommend you work with a trainer who can help you communicate and see things more from your dog’s point of view.
Why do you need the dog to go back in the kennel?
