I'm a first time home buyer and got pre qualified back in Jan. Hard pull on credit docked me a few points. I wasn't able to close and now considering another hard pull for a different mortgage company offering better rates.
I'm new to this and this may be a stupid q but I'm looking for input from the bowl on whether to do this hard pull and get pre-qualified with a few more mortgage companies. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

I got out of my water drinking habit and finding it hard to build back up to 100oz + per day. I don’t like the fact I’ve added in drinks with fake sweeteners to get more fluid intake. What do you all drink to supplement water that is better than some artificially flavored and/or colored beverage? I feel nothing exists and I just need to get back to my water habit. Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction.

Am I stupid or did the e-learns not prepare me for any of this? The training told me I'd be auditing cash but I haven't even touched a bank reconciliation.

Got approached by PwC recruiter and heard you can choose to go fully remote even in Audit. Seems like first among B4 going that route.

The big four conspire to pay CPAs far less than we are worth. Partners are paid millions and you’re only making $75k. You should have been starting at twice that.
