At what point do you take your internships and college work experience off the resume?

I got an offer as financial analyst in Seattle for $86k base (with stock comp & bonus, annual might end up being $100k) - is this a good offer...? I’m trying to switch over from tax accounting senior with $113k salary right now (HCOL city) so the base salary drop is pretty large... I think I should negotiate a higher base salary, but want to get people’s thoughts on whether the initial offer is reasonable. Thank you :)

So they are going to pass you to other hiring managers and see if you'd be a good fit in the other teams? I'm so confused.
