Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. How can I get passed cynicism?

Having struggled with visa for the past ~6 years, I have become extremely cynical. I don’t trust real friendships anymore because friends turned into competitors or got too burdened to maintain the friendships.
I feel somewhat disgusted when my coworkers or managers tried to “build rapport” with me.
I understand the value of doing so, but my repulsion inevitably showed through my apparent desire to end small talks as soon as possible.
