Hi Fishes,
I will complete my Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State University this fall. Banking on my prior work experience of 5.5 years in SuccessFactors implementation (Deloitte USI), I am targeting similar kind of roles at Deloitte and PwC.
Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.

Can you please help me with the latest pay range for Atlanta location?

Deloitte USDC is hiring experienced SuccessFactor consultants, like immediate hires

Don’t come to USDC unless you are desperate. And for senior consultant for USDC, it will be around 110k. USDC is cheap.

Thank you for your help on this 😊
I personally know folks from USDC and they have also recommended the same.
Any rough idea on US Core/Commercial pay range?

If your interested in coming to Canada let me know.

Hi SM1, by any chance, can this vacancy be filled with someone from USI.
I have this former colleague - 4Y 10M experience, Certified in EC since 2018, probably the best USI resource in Data migration (Haiku/Dataforward), NIT engineering graduate (think top 1% of engineering graduates from India).
I think 1 or 2 SuccessFactors managers from Deloitte Canada would also vouch for him.

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
