I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Would you take a pay cut to exit B4 to go to FAANG?

I joined @mindtree in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX. Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis." Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ? How can i recover that 10k every month?

I Have interviewed on TCS , i have cleared the technical round, i was asked to upload documents that too is verified by HR and gor call regarding salary discussion and sent me salary structure acceptance for releasing offer, my status in iBegin is "Evaluation in Process" its almost 10 days not recieved offer letter till yet. However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master
