Does anyone know what typically bonus is for an SC I know it’s up to 24%(I think) but wanted to get more realistic numbers - if you are a top performer.

Depends on a lot of factors but probably 10-12% is typical.

Sounds right for average. Probably 20% for top. 24% sounds really high, knowing that as a top performing SM I got 31% (actually a flat number now but that's what percent it worked out to be).

The departure of several key team members with no thought given to replacing them, resulting in an overload of work for inadequate compensation, only serves to undermine my morale. How do i approach these matters to the partners knowing that they don't honor their promises?

Earlier this week I was so busy I only pumped three times when I normally pump 6 times. Since then my milk supply fell drastically where I only pump 2 oz each session even if I pump 30 minutes when before I’d be pumping 3.5-5 oz in 15, and it’s been 4 days already. I know it’s silly but I feel sad thinking I won’t be able to feed my baby sufficiently with breastmilk anymore. I’ll supplement but I felt happy being able to provide full breastmilk before and feel a sense of loss now. Just venting
