Does anyone tried using Levels.fyi salary negotiation service to negotiate an L3 offer? How was it?

Hello everyone, I just received an offer from Google as a new-grad and I wanted to negotiate it but I have no clue how to approach it. I'm aware that these services are just like any other coaching services, but nevertheless I wanted to see if anyone had any experiences with it they are willing to share.

Although I'm a new grad, I have 1 YOE and internet at Google 3 times.

I will be joining EY in mid of Aug, will I be eligible for bonus?

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

I already have an offer of 19LPA(16 fixed + pf + 2.4 variable + 2 JB).

Can i show this to oracle to revise my compensation?? will they consider it??

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Had my virtual on-site for an S&O L3 role 3.5 weeks ago (NYC, 5 YOE). I haven’t heard back on a decision yet, and was wondering how long it typically takes? I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites. Does the recruiter typically wait for all candidates to finish their onsites before communicating a decision? Or if I haven’t heard back yet, it’s probably a reject?
