Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

What are the in house exit opportunities?
Hi. I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this but I have an exclusive opening for a trust and estates attorney who is tax heavy. I am looking for someone to join the US office of an international family office in Philadelphia. I'm happy to share details. There is also a possibility of remote working so if you are not a Pennsylvania resident please don't be afraid to reach out. It's an amazing job! Kristy@advancedlegalplacement.com

I have had numerous clients who have asked for new estate plans to be prepared, as they were overwhelmed and confused by their WealthCounsel estate plans.
Same. Huge notebooks jammed full of documents. 70 plus page trusts that clients don’t understand.
I like it...but I also came from numerous tiny firms where they didn't use templates and instead just used the word document of the last similar client and change the names.
I do have a lot of clients who comment on the length of the document. I try to just reassure them that much of it is in there out of an abundance of caution... we'd rather have something and not need it, then need it and not have it. Plus, much of the boilerplate language is pulling in the state specific statutes thereby allowing you to rely on the four corners of the document more so. Usually clients will settle down after that.
I don't know that I would pay for WealthCounsel if I were a solo, but it was already being utilized at my current firm when I came it and from a drafting perspective, I really like it. But, yes, it can certainly be frustrating to some clients.

It’s overrated. Overwhelming, confusing, lay people can’t understand and over complicated
