The company seems amazing and almost too good to be true, if I'm being honest. The have a lot of Senior Clinical PM roles open which makes me question their advacement / promotion systtem. Thoughts on whether one should expect a pay cut when switching to industry? Received an offer for 250k TC. Depending on bonus I get this year, that could be a 50k to 100k pay cut. Seems unreasonable to expect a 300 to 350k salary for a director exit to industry. Am I wrong?

Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there). Started pricing apartments and will need an offer of about $135k to qualify for housing but anything I find for a salary reference says the company plays about 95k in SF - how do I justify my experience and drive to the company to show my value or is that too big of a wage gap to bridge? I have been applying non stop to jobs that do require a bachelors and I am qualified for. Either I don’t get called for an interview or when I do I’m not selected.
