Providence Health & Services Does anyone work for Providence Health & Services? I have an upcoming interview for a Clinical PM role - 100% remote. The company seems amazing and almost too good to be true, if I'm being honest. The have a lot of Senior Clinical PM roles open which makes me question their advacement / promotion systtem. Plus, what's their PTO policy? Can anyone share some feedback? Any advice? Full transparency please.

I’ve heard amazing things about the company. Best of luck!!
It used to be a great place to work. It’s not anymore. Trust me on this.
I enjoyed it for a while, but then they started bringing a bunch of Microsoft people into corporate finance.
The culture got toxic real quick, and everyone felt it.
If you want to work for a healthcare organization that’s more focused on money than patients, Providence is the place for you, because that’s what it’s turned into.
I’m currently looking for something else.
Thank you for sharing. That's definitely not where I want to be. I will keep looking. Good luck!
