Does Deloitte usually ghost after the final interview?

I had my final interview a week ago. However less than 48h after my application status on the careers portal changed to "Application Unsuccessful". I did not receive en email from the hiring manager about this decision.

I emailed them requesting feedback but they have yet to reply.

Long story short: Reached final interview, application status now "unsuccessful", no email received, hiring manager ignored follow up email.

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. Truth be told I have never been through onboarding via remote. It’s a bit of a struggle. It’s taking forever to get access to certain resources and my assigned mentor is always underwater. How is everyone dealing with this? My manager seems hard to please in our first couple 1:1s.

So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.
