Since I don't come from Netherlands, I don't know what the salary should be.
I'm thinking 60k euros would be fair. Thoughts?

Hi, I am currently interviewing for the abuse analyst role in a Trust and Safety team at Google. I have had 3 rounds done and a 4th (RRK) is scheduled. I'm not sure if the previous rounds were entirely RRK/GCA/Leadership as questions asked were mixed. I have been conveyed though that my feedback so far, is pretty neutral / avg hence a 4th round which will be entirely RRK.

So, my question to y'all:
For an analyst role, what's the best way to prep for RRK? Is live coding in SQL asked?

Its been 2. 5 years in EY GDS in TTT as a Senior 2 Test Engineer. Kind of weird work I feel because, when it comes to Delivery, zero process and odd way of planning. The way they follow Agile is such a comic act.
Though the stakeholders are even from EY, leadership acts like a rubber spine without correcting them on their decision or educate the process which they need to follow . It really feels like I quit this organization.

Does EY follow bands for different ranks? I have seen so different salary for same ranks and people at higher rank are earning less than people at low rank.

Isn't it annoying that EY takes total 3 months for appraisals . 1 month to discuss performance and convey the ratings, then 1 month for bonus payout and then again 1 month to reveal hikes. Why can't they just do it all at a go and finish the suspense. We need to wait for 3 months to decide our next course of action.

How are the onsite opportunities in EY GDS?

My joining date is 24th Jan 2 weeks from now. I have got another offer from Mindtree which good. Would it be good idea if I go to EY HR now to revise the offer as only 2 weeks left for joining? Note: EY did not wait for me for 2-3 months. I got offer from EY a month back. I was already on NP.

Hello fishes, I have joined EY GDS on June and allocated to a project. But the project is not started yet because of pending approval from client side. So I am sitting idle for 2 months. Since I am on probation for 6 months, does this have any impact on it. Do I need to inform this to anyone or ask for alternate project/task?.
