Does EY have a level between senior manager and partner?

Interested in joining the Reserves, but I’m guessing that’s way too much with a consulting career? No ROTC or previous military experience so I’d have to go through OCS/OTS as well.
Or is it better to wait until I exit to industry and pursue my interest in the military then?
Any and all advice appreciated.

Does anyone have a good lead on where to find research backed customer journeys? Either generic for an industry (like restaurant) or for major players in an industry (like chili's). I am fairly new to planning, and this keeps coming up as something and that would be helpful.

How do i find out if I will be happier divorced or more unhappily staying married. 2 kids; 2 & 4 YO. They don’t hear the arguments after bed time and don’t understand the bruises yet but I know it’s just a matter of time. It would be so much harder not seeing my kids everyday than living with the pain, loneliness and lost friendships. But I’m tired. And so sad. Lost. So alone. Any recommendations for a therapist that understands high stress/high demand professions, and whose recommendations don’t include “just turn off of your phone or try not responding to emails”? Bonus points if they understand ADHD as well.
