Thanks in advance! PwC
Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

MD but it’s a destination title and rarely do MDs get promoted to partner (although sometimes it can happen).
And it’s no longer a destination. It’s now a stepping stone (for some) to partner.
I would ignore answers unless it is from an EY person since it varies firm by firm. From my own experience PwC has director before ppmd and deloitte does not. Also noting that ppmd is including managing directors, which is not what you are asking about.
Director, right?
Ex EY here. No, there isn’t. It’s partner or MD. I’ve very rarely seen an MD transition to partner, so it’s possible, but MD is a terminal position.
The downside is (at least on my team) that making SM starts a 7 year clock. You either make partner, MD, or you are out. If there’s no slots, too bad. Of my old crew 2 made MD, while another 12 or so MDs over the years were pushed out. Only 1 made partner.
New world now. MD is a step in the journey to partner.
From what I heard, some SLs are essentially using ED as that in-between now. As far as I know, the other B4s have had that rank in between already

I think it’s SM++
Ex-EY here, it’s either MD or Partner. Seen someone who was SM for 6 yrs, made it to MD.
Old world. Now MD is part of the process.
