What are exit opportunities for people in TAS? Is it much more limited than audit exit opportunities?

Exit ops are the same as audit plus FP&A, the MBA route, and sometimes IB and Corp Dev. It opens the door to more opportunities than audit.

Much better than Audit.

It’s anything you could get from audit plus what EY1 said

They are much more limited from what I’ve heard, especially at the higher levels. Maybe a TAS senior who leaves can find lots of roles, but a TAS senior manager? I’m pretty sure the main exit is just to work for a private valuation firm as director of valuation services. No ones gonna hire them as a Controller

That was my concern as well but I just don’t know enough haha

A former co-worker went into private equity, not the norm though. Started in TAS and left after senior promo

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. Any suggestions?
