Being rejected by EY is unlimited vacation!!!
Most recruiters are assholes about this, but if you follow up, they will probably respond saying no

EY rejected all their staff by calling them entitled millennial brats.
Good luck though in all seriousness, the job hunt can be rough and I still think b4 is a good career.
Some departments are on hiring freeze. While there are job postings out there, they might be intended for green card labor market test for their foreign nationals. Even if you ace the interview, the firm is not lawfully required to extend you an offer.
That could be a possibility since a green card recruitment shall undergo the same process as that of a normal recruitment to make sure that the candidate meets all of the requirements in the job description. For a technical position (non entry level), this can be done through technical/case study interviews. However, if you applied for a normal job posting with preferred qualifications included, it would be fair to say that the department is actually looking for a new hire.
I got a rejection email like 1-2 months after I interviewed. Seems like they just keep all options open then send that when they’ve filled the spot(s)
Yeah, potentially also because they have no idea how to use their system or don't care to manage it properly
What position did you interview for?
