Does EY US sends their H1B employees to EY India in case of rejection of H1B visa? I am asking this in case of change of employer to EY US in the US only.

Has anyone tried to convert from H1B to F1 and then back to H1B? My Perm is not gonna happen before the expiration date so I am thinking about alternatives but GDP and Spouse are not likely options for me.

Recently joined a consulting firm and have a corporate AmEx now. I am planning on paying the $95 fee to get the points from corporate expenses. I also have only a chase sapphire preferred. Is it worth picking up a Gold or Platinum card to pool all the points in one place? I eat out a lot and mostly redeem points for statement credit or the occasiaonl hotel room (use Marriott). Individual Contributor or Manager of 4? I have about 6 yrs of exp and have managing a team of 4 for about a year. Recently in a performance review my manager commented that I was always a top tier bucket as an individual but as a manager, I was slightly worse off performance wise. I’ve been looking at another opp which is about 20% more comp but is an individual contributor. Is being a manager all it’s cracked up to be? Should I even consider since I’m early in my career?
