Does it matter that you have a degree these days for the average job? I understand if you are going for a certain kind of position like Doctor, Therapist or other in the medical field, or Aeronautics etc... but for worker bee positions, as long as you show that you have experience in the duties they are requiring, why is it so important to some companies you have a degree? I have been trying to get a position in a certain company that I am definitely qualified for unsuccessful. Advice?
