Potentially it could catch up to you. Your growth as an attorney is likely stunted every move you make. So even though you have 4 years of experience, you may be closer to a 3rd year in terms of competency because it takes time to get up to speed at each new firm. If you keep making moves like that, the disparity will continue to grow and future employers may begin to notice.
I'd also wonder the intentions of employers. Employers will know you're a flight risk and therefore may avoid giving certain cases or certain types of work to you. They may only hire you to do limited capacity work, which isn't good for exposure or growth.

It doesn't matter if you can find another job.

Constant job hopping after such short stints is definitely risky because you’ll eventually be deemed a flight risk and it will get harder and harder to find a job. Wherever you land next, I’d recommend staying at least 3 years before moving again.

Just be intentional. I don’t subscribe to rules about job hopping, and I don’t believe you should ever let fear of being labeled a job hopper prevent you from what is truly a better opportunity for you. I’ve seen people at all levels do it to advance themselves. I do think whether it’s a firm or in-house, it takes a lot of time and effort to ramp up and build relationships. Make sure to weigh that cost against whatever you perceive you will be gaining going somewhere else.
Gotta have a meaningful story. I’m on my 5th firm plus 2 in house gigs in 11 years and it all made sense with what I was doing and accomplished. I now hope to be at this firm long term.
It might have minimal impact, so it’s important to have a strong increase to justify hopping. Personally, I don’t even consider another job unless it comes with at least a 20% raise
