Not at all... it's email. It's one thing if I'm getting unplanned phone calls outside of my working hours, but an email, no biggie. I don't even check those until I'm back in the office.
That’s a good point - email is fine too! If it’s a call, it better be an emergency.
They can email all they want. When I'm home, I'm not going to send out any answers until my shift starts.

Not really. As long as you stick to your boundaries and/or schedule, not sure how this would impact you.

Just because a person messages you or emails you outside of your work hours does not mean that you have to respond right away. They may just be clearing out there inbox so they won’t have to worry about sending anything later
