I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question that’s kind of silly. I work at a pretty small company leading marketing. My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better.
