Does your average t15 applicant also spend 300+ hours for the application process?

Between GMAT+essays+others I've easily sunk in over 300hrs already this year. Anyone know how common this is or am I just trying hard?

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. Tips to improve on IR (GMAT/EA)?

Enrolled in an executive MBA program at a top uni, and I have to say I’m very happy I did that vs FT/PT.

Anyone else struggling to make meaningful friendships in b school? It’s only been two weeks but I’m struggling to go beyond superficial talk with anyone
