For the most part… I’m done with my annual reviews, so it’s just calling my clients to wish them happy holidays… if they need anything let me know, most don’t… we’re having a client event on 13th… company Holiday Party on the 19th… I’ll be on vacation from them until the 6th…
But my team knows they can reach out if it’s pressing… but the office will be a ghost town…

Mine slowed down pretty hard over the last two weeks. Although we're not dealing with as many clients, I'm still managing my team and there's plenty to do there between handling time off requests, annual reviews, etc.
Very much so. It usually starts around the beginning of November. By the time we hit December, everyone is in "let's circle back to that in January" mode.

Not really. I am just doing everything I can to not drown. Report requests come in like crazy due to people wanting last minute info before they leave for Christmas.
The workload doesn't slow down, but we do. Productivity disappears after Thanksgiving. I genuinely try to stay on task, but the burn out is very real and we're all tired.
