Are we still boiling the ocean?? I thought now we were trying make sure we can see the forest through the trees 🤔
I always do single click with the client and just skim through the water without any depth.
I leave the other click to my team and let them deep dive/scuba dive into the ocean while it is boiling and they may sink to the bottom of it together with the client and the project. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
People who use buzzwords are just lazy. There are so many ways to say what you want without using hackneyed phrases so that others think you know what you are talking about.
I look through the stars to see the galaxy 🔭🌌
Wait what does the buzzword mean? I’m out of the loop
Most people use boiling the ocean in the wrong context (and forget to add "...to make a cup of tea")
PwC1 - Is “Deep Dive” more preferred or equally as annoying in your eyes
Hmmm, good question A1. I think deep dive is probably more common so at least everyone in the room will understand it. All buzzwords are annoying since it's just creating a new way to say something. Disclaimer: I'm just as guilty of using buzzwords, so by no means am I special. Also double click is associated with an absolute grind of a project for me, so may be some resentment there, ha.
I don’t see the problem with “double click”. We live in a technological age - we all click with things to see more detail, not many of us literally go diving to explore. Language evolves 🤷🏼♂️
“Big Rocks” is the one that drives me crazy.
D3 you may be on my project! Another new buzzword that's become the plague
You want to double click on that and discuss a little more, OP? Just kidding, I agree it's by far my most hated buzzword.
D1, people say double click when they want to go into more detail or have a more in-depth discussion about a particular topic.
Omg when did this double click phrase start? Heard it more in the last 2 months than 10 years
